Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Endless Pawsibilities membership programs. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Enrollment & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on the plan.

If you enroll mid-cycle, a pro-rated fee will be charged for that month.

Memberships are non-transferable between dogs, owners, or households. Benefits apply only to the enrolled dog. 

 

Each dog who participates in Social Club must have their own membership package. Memberships cannot be shared among multiple dogs in the same family.

2. Cancellation Policy

Owners may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice sent to: help@endless-paws.com.

Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated for unused days or services.

If a dog is permanently removed by Endless Pawsibilities for behavior or safety concerns, the membership will be terminated immediately without refund, and no 30-day notice is required.

3. Reservations & Attendance

Daycare, boarding, and shuttle services require advance reservations. Walk-ins may be turned away if capacity is full.

Social Club (daycare) is offered Monday–Saturday only. There is no daycare on Sundays or holidays.

Shuttle services operate Monday–Friday only and are not available on weekends or holidays.

4. Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and others as determined by Endless Pawsibilities).

Dogs showing signs of illness (including coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or contagious conditions) may be denied entry.

Owners must immediately notify Endless Pawsibilities if their dog is diagnosed with a communicable illness after attending.

5. Behavior & Safety

Endless Pawsibilities reserves the right to remove any dog from Social Club if they display aggression, unsafe behavior, or jeopardize the safety of staff or other dogs.

Removed dogs may continue boarding services but may not participate in group play.

In cases of permanent removal, memberships will end immediately as outlined in Section 2.

6. Perks & Discounts

Memberships may not be combined with any other discounts.

Boarding and bath discounts included with memberships apply only to the enrolled dog.

Discounts are automatically applied in Gingr; no manual adjustments or credits are given.

À la carte services may be purchased separately.

7. Holiday & Extended Hours Perks

Holiday pick-up/drop-off and extended hours (5:00 AM – 8:00 PM) are included only with Platinum (Roadie) and Gold (Daycare Junkie) memberships.

Dogs in the same family who do not hold these memberships may still be permitted to use holiday or extended hours but will be charged the standard fee.

8. Shuttle Terms

Shuttle rides must be reserved in advance. Dogs without a reservation may be turned away if the shuttle is full.

Designated pick-up/drop-off times and locations are listed on our website (www.endless-paws.com) and may change with notice via text or social media.

The shuttle will not operate on weekends, holidays, in poor weather, or during scheduled maintenance.

No refunds or credits will be issued for canceled shuttle days.

9. Membership Holds/Freezes

Memberships cannot be paused, held, or transferred to future months. If you are unable to use your membership, it will still auto-renew until canceled with 30 days’ notice.

10. Holidays & Facility Closures

Social Club is not offered on Sundays or holidays. Membership pricing already reflects this closure schedule; no credits or refunds are issued for holidays.

11. Late Pick-Up Policy

Extended hours are available only until 8:00 PM with applicable memberships.

Any pick-up after 8:00 PM will result in a full overnight boarding charge in addition to the membership.

12. Enrichment Services

Enrichment activities (walks, puzzles, ball time, etc.) are not included in memberships. They may be added on at the posted à la carte rate.

13. Photo & Media Release

By enrolling, you consent to Endless Pawsibilities using your dog’s photos or videos for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

14. Owner Responsibilities

Owners must keep their account information (credit card, contact details, vaccination records) current.

Owners are responsible for notifying staff of any changes in their dog’s health, behavior, or living situation that may affect participation in Social Club.

15. Auto-Renewal & Payment Authorization

Memberships auto-renew each month until canceled in writing per Section 2.

By enrolling, you authorize Endless Pawsibilities to automatically charge your stored payment method on the scheduled billing date.

16. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Dog daycare, boarding, and transport carry inherent risks, including illness or injury.

By enrolling, the owner releases Endless Pawsibilities, its staff, and affiliates from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

17. Changes to Terms

Endless Pawsibilities reserves the right to update membership terms and pricing with notice to clients. Continued use of membership after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
